Abang arrived safely last night at 11pm.That was a big relieves to me.He finally called once the helicopter touch down at Kerteh airport at the afternoon.So, the bundle of joy is everywhere now.Alhamdulillah.

Today, there was a helicopter crash at Bintulu offshore.One man missing.Abang said the helicopter was too old.He had been on the helicopter before when he went to the D18 oil platform last year.

"They should change a heli with a water airplane, that is safer"abang comment.

On Saturday, my friend taught me how to make a cheese cake. So, today I decided to make the New York cheese cake.It tastes just like one at the Secret Recepe`s (she said)...The ingredient is simpl,yet expensive.

Ingredient :
1 kg cream cheese (optional : 1/2 kg cream + 1/2 kg ricotta cheese)
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream (plain yogurt)
2 tablespoons 1 lemon juice
3 tablespoons plain flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoons cornstarch
115g butter (real)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method :
1. grease sides of a 10" spring form pan.
2. cream together ricotta and cream cheese/
mix the cream cheese until fluffy
3. add sugar and eggs. beat until smooth.
4. add lemon juice, vanilla and mix.
5. strain flour and cornstarch together and mix into bowl.
6. add butter and sour cream.
7. mix until smooth.
8. stir chocoloate chips in now with a spoon.
9. pour into pan and back at 150 for one hour.
(must preheat the oven, bake in water bath technique)
10.turn off oven, and leave the cake in oven but
open the door a little for another 2 hours.
11.last, remove the springform and keep cake in
the chill area in the fridge.

*If you want to make the cake base;(optional)
1. mixed 1/2 melted butter with 2 cups of crumbed oreo/digestive biscuits.
2. press it on the spring form
3. put it in the fridge half an hour.

Abang already set off to the oil rigg since Saturday.Yet, no phone calls received from him as until today.This is the most unacceptacle drawback when abang go to offshore.They are not allowed to make any phone calls, as cell phones are prohibited at the oil platform.I only pray everything is okay include the helicopter journey.Perhaps, "No news, is good news"

Tentatively, abang said earlier he will touch down to Kerteh shore on Tuesday that is tomorrow.Take care :)

DERU is a Disaster & Emergency Response Unit organised by Jamaah Islah Malaysia (JIM).It is responsible to offer help and aid to any disasters victims in the country. As we all are still aware, the flood has subsided in Johor. But, the victims are indeed helpless.They have no shelter to stay and in need of help.

Being a JIM member, my friends and I set up :
1)a place to collect all used clothes.
2)DERU fund
3)volunteers

So, the past few days we manage to get about 14 boxes of used clothes and collect about RM??.Yesterday, we already arrange a transport to deliver them to those in need in Johor.Hopefully, our little deeds will ease of their difficulties.

Bila la nak pandai minum susu botol ni?dah nak 2 tahun pun.makan la banyak2 biar tembam okay?next week kita nak pegi timbang tau.Main dengan abang elok2.

1. Research for masters student must be completed within 2 years.
2. Masters student need to publish at least 1 journal.

I just voice out the problems I`d encounter :

1. fund to run research
2. approval from respective ie kemas, hosp, ethics.
3. equipments

Anyway, there`s nothing much been solved at the meeting. But, I was able to collect all the photocopied item for the project.

On 12 Jan 07, we went to KL.The reason was because I had a discussion with my Lecturer on my research. So, abang took a day off and spent happy time with the kids together while I was in UKM.Abang took the ride on the EYE ON MALAYSIA-the highest in Asia.Abang said all of them were delighted and satisfied.They occupied the gondola with another family.Abir was really excited-of course!All you need to pay for the 1/2 hour ride is RM15 for adult and RM8 for children.Will post the picture soon.

• RAYA HAJI

On the first day of raya haji, I did go shopping!an odd thing I`ve ever did in my life.the aura of celebrating raya haji in kuala nau is different with my hometown(my family).Celebrate eid hajj in my family begins with wearing raya dress, go to the mosque for sunat eid haji prayer then attend the korban ceremony and visit family & friends.In kuala nau, its totally different:)that what made me puzzled and suggested to go to Carrefour,Perai.

On day 2-we went to my brother in law aqiqah kenduri/feast at Sg Petani.after that, we visit fahmi and kak linda`s house in Kulim. Last, we able to visit Nana & Khalil parent`s house in Tmn Selasih, Kulim.Everything served on that day were beef:)my tummy got very flatulence then.

On day 3- we head back to Sitiawan as my bestfriend,Dina came to visit us:) Its always great to meet old friends from our school days.

• NEW YEAR

As for the 2007, abang and I already drafted few missions and aim for this new year which include family budget, children education, vacation, saving, charity, work expansion and property.Hope all will get accomplished at the end of the year. As 2006, we succeeded to achieved almost all of our aims.
