My Walks of Life

Yesterday evening was the 1st time in my 11 years driving experience that I accidentally rammed on someone`s car.It happened so fast that I couldn`t remember from where was the Honda coming . After visiting one of our friend who will go hajj, I went to a photocopy shop, frame shop and post office. I knew I should take the safer junction which is a bit far, but I wanted to get home faster. So, that was when I stopped at the junction.I looked right: there was a motorcycle coming, I let him passed.I looked left, it was clear and I think without looking back to right I just crossed to right of the road and THUMP!! I hit a white Honda!Masya Allah:(

Amazingly, when I got out the car I saw the car was quite bad at the left back door.I thought my car which rammed on his car must be really bad then. But, upon turning back to look at our Hyundai ; it was pretty good.Only scratches along the whole bumper and mudguard with the plate number broke.

The chinese Honda driver asked me: Amacam? (cool and smile)
Me : Hmm, you nak I bayar you?or you want log a report? (shivereing)I call husband saya dulu.tunggu ya.

In 2 minutes, few man from the workshop people already arrived.Nobody contacted them.And made the situation chaotic with traffic began slowly with our car at the center of the road. Every body passed by slowered their car and looked``Hyundai yg salah tu.....``I heard the whisper.Hish!!Sibuknye.

Abang took half an hour to arrive. He is glad that no injuries.And he discussed with the Honda driver but he didn`t agree with abang suggestion that we solve the problem at workshop without police report. We offer to pay his car repair.But he refused and insisted police report.Well, then we waited for the police, which only came after an hour.

So, there was the photography session and police report.I was fined RM200.and my 45%NCB was gone.The police who took the report didn`t believe when he asked what part of my car was damage, and I told him that only the bumper and mudguard.He commented `HYUNDAI VS HONDA` and seems Hyundai won.I told him, it was not bad because I didn`t crossed the road fast since I already stopped at the stop sign.The Honda driver was the one who drive fast and didn`t notice me.Anyway, the rule is always support the driver who from the main road. Blame was put on me:(

WEll, in 3 days our car will be ready and once I got my car back,I shall not avoid the junction because I don`t want fear lingers me....
