with morning traffic
i left home at 7.00am, dropped mumtaz and aufa at the nursery. eventually still caught in heavy traffic. after 3 days of punch-in just in time :7.55am, yesterday i`d tried to hit the road earlier by 10 mins, suprisingly the traffic flow is much better.reached work at 730am.waah., a big smile.punch in happily. boleh pegi cafe for 2nd breakfast tu.
with breakfast & dinner
i served only those quicky breakfast :bread & jam, half-cooked eggs & cereals. also cucur &cekodok in between. no time for wok breakfast,ok.dinner? is also those simple-dimple menu , to name it : chicken soup, steam fish, fried fish, fried egg, vege soup, vege salad.again, no saute-saute meal.no gulai lemak too. i opt for ingredients that i can prepare by slicing, not pounding, then put on stove and left it cooked while i`m doing the dishes and laundry.anyway, we manage to have dinner by 730pm.
with new work
being an IT geek does ease me quickly in adaptin to this paperless hospital. quite complicated on day 1 working though. click here, click there..scroll up scroll down... then only can retrieve the patient clinical notes history. that took 5 min for an amatuer.and then, to enter the examination/ assessment finding..another 5-6 clicks also. the patient counts is not that many here.so quite relax as compared to JB, KT or T Intan, (to name a few place i`d worked before).
with new colleague
fairly fine.no problem at all.the HOD is ok.the HOO also sporting & motherly.best part., meeting my old friend : sal eh!, Dr salwana ..ex-classmate in seratas.chatting, lunch date etc.updating news on lost friends, gossips etc.
with breastpumping
not bad too.2 sessions during work. i could gain 3 bottles of 3 oz.then at home i gain another 2 bottles. mumtaz is taking 5 bottles now.nak jadi big girl:) milk storage in the fridge are only 13 bottles now.
with internet
woah!! a busy week for a new working mom.:) tak sempat update blog pun.server kat clinic lak amat slow. today is easy Friday, means no patients day.go blogging!
with housechores
abang helps a lot.sidai baju & lipat baju la , his favourite. my task is merely cooking and milk expression once reached home. ironing was done during the weekend prior.i`d iron the whole weekdays office outfit for both of us.huhu..3 jam tu nak iron 10 pairs.
......syukur Alhamdulillah..i`m catching up eh ;)

Sejak Rabu lepas, Mumtaz dan saya dah menjalani tempoh percubaan sebelum saya mula bekerja. Aduhai...kerja!
Minggu lepas, target saya adalah untuk tengok macam mana milk-intake dia, so that saya boleh adjust volume & kekerapan saya untuk memerah susu. Aufa lak tak lagi menangis ke school sebab Mumtaz pun pergi sama-sama dia. Saya hantar mereka berdua lewat sekitar 9 pagi selepas mandikan Mumtaz. Lepas tu, saya balik dan bereskan kerja rumah, beli groceries, banking, pegi jumpa lecturer etc. Petang, dalam pukul 5 baru ambil mereka. Awal-awal di taska Mumtaz susah nak tidor, kata Kak Susi. Susu pun minum 3 botol saje, 2 auns. Tapi start semalam, dah pandai hisap puting, susu pun minum dah 4 botol. So far, stok susu dia dalam freezer ada 20+ botol. Kira stabil la tu, tak terlalu banyak atau kurang. Saya harap sangat dapat exclussive breastfeed dia selama 2 tahun, macam kakak dia. Harap sangat, klinik di hospital yang baru ni juga tak busy, seperti hospital T Intan dulu ( Boleh 3 x perah masa working hours tu).
Minggu ni pula targetnya adalah rehearsal mirip seperti hari bekerja sebenar. semalam, kami semua keluar rumah pukul 7 pagi. Saya hantar Mumtaz & Aufa, abang lak seperti biasa hantar Abir. Dah lama sangat, setahun kot! saya tak drive sepagi itu dalam keadaan traffic-jam, jadi rasa macam tak reti nak cilok.blur.jadi..saya hanya ikut aje flow traffic, dan berjaya sampai tempat kerja pukul 7.46 pagi. Huhu..just nice. So, hari sebenar nanti..saya kena cepatkan keluar rumah by 10 minutes. Hari ini, selain kerja rumah..saya plan nak pegi beli kasut baru, layan TV dan tido..(dah lama sangat nak qadha` tido) tapi teringat pulak yang malam tadi lecturer sms tanya dah siap ke belum correction bagi reviewers comment untuk jurnal. Aduhai! weekend memang saya tak sentuh langsung. Pagi ni, tengah buat.. tiba-tiba rasa boring pulak. apa lagi? blogging & facebooking!
Cakap pasal boring ni, saya lagi la boring nye nak mula kerja balik. Yelah, bayangkan betapa lemaknya badan saya ni dah hampir 3 tahun tak bekerja? Saya suka kerja saya, rindu pun ada, thrill pun ada sebab di samping dah lama tak kerja, saya akan mula kerja di hospital lain dengan suasana yang baru. Mesti rasa kekok nanti dan mencabar!dah lama tak check visual field & buat prosedur a-scan. selama 3 tahun ni, saya deal dengan kanak-kanak, bidang masters saya adalah refractive error & amblyopia. lepas tu, bila start writing thesis pulak..jarang sangat buat refraction. Tentu macam freshie nanti, thrill. Cuma, saya paling tak suka bab keje ni bila kena bergelut bangun awal pagi (5 pagi tu awal bagi saya) untuk prepare breakfast dan drive dlm traffic. Itu yang tak best.
Saya tanya cik abang "boleh tak kalau saya terus tak kerja dan masih dapat gaji setiap bulan macam sekarang? abang bayarkan, boleh? Saya jadi suri-rumah bergaji U44 boleh?" Hmm..mimpi lah. Abang cakap, kalau tak suka traffic pagi tu, kena bukak optometry practice sendiri. Betul, betul, betul! pukul 9 pagi baru start service. Waaah...Best! One day..insya Allah.
I have few handbags only.not more than 5 since got married (lucky Mr. Sarwady). hey, i am not a handbag lady, that explains why sometimes i `ve forgotten where i put it, or there are times also when i simply left it for no reason.very different with my mom instead.she have lotttss of handbags. every color to suits her shoe & outfit (cikgu la katakaaan). my sister, she outsmarts me in dress & style..she have more than me. me on the contrary..will choose black and chocoouldlate only for handbags, and because i seldom buy new handbag, and only shop for it once the present is already soiled.so, i will get a heavy-duty handbag, that eventually quite pricy too. So, after a 44 days- off from handbag carrying, here are my handbag`s content after i came back from college today :
handphone, purse, sock, keys, papers, resits,nametags,pens, sunglass (aufa & me), tissue, inhaler (abir`s), eye drop, abir`s name tag( just got from the school today),stamps, diaper, comb, hematinics vitamin, nursing pad, hair clip, ricola, spec cloth.

Ni la Pak & Mak Mertua saya. Pak mertua saya ni mesti carikan apa yang anak-menantu dia ngidamkan.Pantang sebut.Tak macam suami saya ..? Mak mertua saya pulak, gulai karinye..aduhai!sedap sangat kalah kedai mamak. Nak masaknya lebih 1 jam.Rahsianya?Air tangan ibu laaa. Hari tu dia masak gulai kari ikan haruan (menantu baru habis pantang le).Anak-anak kami pun suka!
Okay, ni dia all must have gadget to make my kids stay busy at their seat :-
toys for kids, books & stationery : encyclopledia, logico piccolo, read easy, bacalah anakku, qiraati. Food & drink : a must !
Aufa has already started kindergarten on monday. not bad.being a manja baby these years, her cry when we left her was on a normal scale, 3 ouf of 5.but today, she said "aufa cuti, tak nak pegi school" alamak! so..she cried earlier.from our home until reach the school.for your info, the school is just 200m away from our house. i stayed for half an hour until she settle and silently left. at home, when i`ve parked the car, i realized that i didn`t have the house key with me.confirm i left it inside. i must have slipped my mind when aufa and mumtaz cries this morning, i suppose. and this is the very first time that i drive & left the house on my own after confinement.mama & abah already went back yesterday. alhamdulillah, when i was doing the thinking.. Ancho appeared at the right time, he asked help from the guard to lock-out the door.Kesian brother tu, luka pulak jari dia.THANK YOU Ancho & Bro!
