i was away from from blog-world for few days..the reason? its my maid & my schedule.
Ju our maid left for Medan having 5 weeks holidays since May, 1st. that contributes half of the busy-ness activities. well, abang and i have divided the house-chores activities. just like the old-times of being maid-free before, abang opts for the laundry (one of his wish is to have a laundry shop anyway:) so practically whatever concerned textile is in his expertise. thanks to the washing gadget,ok. his scope includes : switching on the machine- hang- pick-fold-stack. and...oooh, i shall negotiate if he loves the ironing too.
me? hehe...whatever outside of the textile will be my area. as simple as that?aaahh..oooh. and do notice there`s no standard manual procedure, leaving me in a BIG wooow. so much to do.of course i`m not capable of doing all the routine of Ju`s chores. errr..i still have to go to faculty ,ok?and still have to update blogging too:).
other than the reason of the being-maidless, i was/am committing myself with Sukan Paralimpiad from 1st-9th may. i was put on duty until 10 pm for the 1st 2 days for classifying purpose. for your information, in disabilities sport, we need to classify the atheletes before the sport takes place. means in vision impairment category, we must classify them according to their visual abilities, diagnosed thru 6 tests (visual acuity, retinoscopy, autorefraction, subjective refraction, SOSH logMAr acuity, ophthalmoscopy and biomicroscopy examination). altogether, there are only 6 national classifiers, included me. only 3 are available for full session, included me too. alhamdulillah, although only 3 of us (sometime only 2), we manage to complete all the athletes (~200 atheletes) classification by 5pm today.that was a BIG relieved. i got an aching ankle and backache who complaint a lot.to tell you, i was a bit hesitate to involve this time after the KL06 event, but dear abang motivates me. i was thinking who`s gonna take care of the kids then? we had already bought Ju`s flight months ago before got this offer. so, unfair to cancel off. anyhow, he said " it will be just fine. go ahead with the classifiers thing, it is a slim chance to be selected in the future." finally, i took the title.
i really amaze how abang manage the kids at home, while i was away. plus more credits : yesterday and today, he was at the classification venue to support my aching body. courting the kids around the venue, (which is at the engineering faculty, upm) and serdang town, enjoying the lake view ,reading, komon-ing, play hide and seek, photography session (aufa`s favorite play of all !) and riding the wrecked plane-heli. you are so unexpectedly sweet, la :)
tomorrow is a day off, before the sport events started. so, ladies, optometrist will be on duty onwards. i think i shall choose my favorite events that are swimming and tenpin bowling (hmm..noticed that i chose the shaded place??)
here are photos captured by abang..enjoy!
picnic at the gazebo, indulging choc-fudge with lake view, reading book: i wonder why my tummy rumbles?
very stuffy la, said abir.i`m fine la, replied aufa with grin
